I just checked the Google sheet where I put in the hotel choices and what I’m looking for if anyone has next room I haven’t gotten any notification whatsoever from anyone it’s crossed out I don’t understand this. Thanks in advance

If I'm reading this right (I just woke up so apologies if I'm not), you're saying that your name is crossed out even though you don't have a room? You had to post in the Hotel Results thread saying that you didn't get anything to have your name not-crossed out, so that they know you didn't get anything.

I know I've said this before, but just to reiterate, access to the exchange was not about post count.  If you qualify, you'll be able to see the section.  But this year's criteria might not be the same next year as the same people will not be running it.

As Iris stated, you need to post in the Hotel Results thread to have your entry updated.

I'm glad it wasn't about post count, I don't feel like I have enough posts. And I'm not one to just spam the boards to raise my post count (unlike other forums I'm a member of)

Can I also say for whomever is reading this and setup the Exchange, thank you for qualifying me for it!  I got lucky this year, but was still glad I had the Exchange as a backup in case I didn't get anything.

What was it based on then?  I am literally on this site every week and post often.  Have been on it for years and have successfully used the exchange sheet for at least the last 3 years.
I'm not sure what I could have done differently to qualify?

There was a team of us who did it and we were happy to do so!  You're very welcome <3

We should keep this conversation to one thread.  We are currently chatting across two. In the other thread you requested a DM and you will get one.

Yes.

Isn't it titled "SDCC 2019 Hotel Exchange?"

No.  That's the title of the thread on this sub forum about the exchange.  In the subforum there's a different thread for updates.  I assume tt7777 is talking about the coordinated exchange and hidden subforum.

You are correct. The entire subforum is hidden.  Perhaps we are having a terminology issue.

Subforum: Hidden.
Thread: On hidden subforum, NOT titled "SDCC 2019 Hotel Exchange" but titled "Post Hotel Lottery Results."

Is that clear?
