Could you imagine if the owner/president of onpeak ever reading this forum lol. Would probably bring them to tears.
I don't think they're a complete disaster (I'm sure things could be much worse for something of this magnitude) and the couple of times I've had to call them, their customer service reps have been very nice and professional.
I occasionally feel bad about all the OnPeak bashing I do. And then I remember that they have access to communicate via Twitter, and Facebook, and press releases, and the ability to actually train their customer service reps and provide them with detailed and accurate information! They have shown zero inclination to do any of these things!So... I have nothing but ill-wishes for OnPeak.
Because it's not a true SDCC experience if it doesn't cause sky-high stress/anxiety.
