I called the hotel directly.  During my lunch break at work I tend to connect directly to the hotel, but at some point in the evening it switches to a call center.  The call center is where the problems are.

Good to know for future calls to the hotel about it switching to a call center later in the day.
Glad your issue was resolved.

My hotel reservation number is listed when I log into On Peak now. I looked it up on the Hilton website, and it's there (I haven't linked my Hilton Honors number to it yet).

I had to look for my Hilton honors number but I didn’t even have to link. When they transferred my reservation and I pulled it up in the app it showed my reservation already
Fun isn’t something one considers when preparing for Comic-Con, but attending does put a smile on my face

If you want anything like a fridge or to be close to another person's rooms, now's the time to request it so they can at least notate it on your reservation.

Got an email from OnPeak re: my Hard Rock hotel Suite, asking for a voluntary downgrade. I hope they didn't overbook!
