Wow.  The late start is very odd.

Transmute Jun:
I heard that last year the Twilight panel wasn't full. Maybe this is an attempt to fill up the hall?

The Gossamer:
It is possible that the late start will give more time for Twihards to attend and not camp out over night. It does seem odd to not use that extra time slot.
