I was wondering when they were going to acknowledge the members for the Spider-Man exhibition.

I can't figure out how to use my 2 free tickets for being a Tier 3 member. The QR code goes nowhere.

Anyone else figure it out?

I'm wondering the same thing. I thought you could use the code as a voucher, but the number isn't recognized.
Maybe just use the QR Code to enter the museum instead?
Let me know if you figure anything out.

Hi Steve,

The QR codes are your tickets for the museum. No need to make a reservation for time or day, you may visit the museum whenever you'd like.

So, pretty much, the instructions in the email were just there to add to the confusion.  :o

I got a notice that I needed to renew my Comic-con Museum Membership - but the link they send me doesn't work - has anyone else had that problem?

I have not quite figured out what CCI is doing.  There seems to be three places now that handle/handled Comic-Con Museum memberships.
The last one seems to be the most current, but the second site is the one that is sending the emails.
What's worse is that I already renewed my membership for next year through the third link, but am still getting emails that it is about to expire and that I need to renew.

CCI really needs to work on their communication skills.
