I tried at 6 am promptly and I got the whoops message saying it was already full. That’s crazy. Lol

Maybe I need a stronger connection or something? I used my iPhone. Has anyone made it in using their phone or iPad?

My friends and I all used our iPhones and we’re able to get reservations.

I got reservations but my brother was too slow and was not able to reserve. It was gone in less than a minute.

Does anyone know if they are allowing backpacks in?

Yes, they are. They search your bags but no one got turned away due to backpack size.

I did this yesterday. It is totally worth it. If you like the show, it will probably be the best thing you do at con this year (unless you count all of Saturday Hall H as 1 thing).

You get a tote and 2 lanyards/cards (one for your innie and one for your outie), group photo, plus other possible items (Lumon office supplies, tokens, Lumon vending machine snacks, etc.). But the best part is the immersive experience and the role playing. I just dove into it and interacted with the characters in there and has a great time.

If you haven’t seen the show and you are going, watch at least the first episode. You’ll get more out of the experience that way.

Yesterday the cast surprised everyone and showed up to go through the offsite and it delayed the reservations by quite a bit.

That explains the black cars and the fans waiting outside the side door.  I was wondering who they were waiting for.

Word was no, they let stand by in if you’re more than 5 minutes late. But I haven’t heard of it actually happening.

I was finally able to get a slot.  The funny thing is they sent out the registration is open email right after all the slots were gone today.  Which is the last day.

After staring at the rolodex for 4 days, I've noticed that other cities are listed in there in addition to SDCC.  Will this show up in those cities as well?

It was simply amazing.  This is my kind of offsite.  An immersive interactive experience.  The 30 minutes flew by.  It was over far too soon.

The set was immaculately done.  Some people thought the elevator was a real elevator.  They wondered where we were going.  My favorite thing was that the computers actually worked.  They weren't non-functionally props.  They didn't just light up.  They worked like they do on the show.  Were they really the computers they use on the show?  They were too well done for something they would only use for a 4 day offsite.  Not only was the set well done, but they encouraged people to interact with it.  It wasn't just there to be looked at.  I found that I suck at macrodata refinement.

The actors were superb.  They were not simply performing a script.  They knew the lore.  Someone in our group tried to correct one of the actors on the name of a painting.  The painting was not even part of the narrative.  It was a random event.  The actor without hesitation was able to explain in detail why what that person said was incorrect.  He was like an instructor in art school.  It wasn't just something he made up.  It was coherent with the canon of the show.

I think they increased the size of each group to put more people through.  For people that did it on Thursday, how big was the size of your group?  Today, there weren't enough chairs in the conference room for everyone and everyone couldn't fit in the elevator at the same time.  There was a short standby line.  Enough for 1 or maybe 2 groups.  I think it was good of them to say that everyone in the standby line would be able to go through.  I talked to some and they had been there since 5:30 - 6:30 that morning.  I'm glad Apple rewarded their dedication.

Did anyone go to the break room?  What was it like?
