I just found out about this today, and it starts tonight with Raina Telgemeier at my daughter's school. (Won't be able to go unfortunately as I must defend my honor at a chili cookoff.)
Seeing more of these small local events which is pretty cool. This one is mainly geared for children and teens and has events at various Bay Area libraries over the next few weeks. Plus some workshops and a "make your own comic" contest for 5th-12th graders in the county.
The event with the Hernandez brothers will be streamed live on the library facebook page.
