NBC is touting it as the #1 new show. A sure death sentence. I'm watching it but I spend most episodes shaking my head.
I just got caught up... oh yeah. Lots and lots of head shaking going on. I've got a degree and worked on a few archeological digs...plus a ooked at a smatering of time travel theories....
Wow
But the story h!s total popcorn watchability. I'm waiting for it to jump the shark tho.

I have the same issues whenever I see musicians in a TV/movie setting that are either obviously faking it to play to a playback track, or (gasp) clearly not musicians.  FWIW Spider Gwen's into in SPIDER-VERSE, with her rocking the drums, is legit some of the best I've seen (the person that animated that sequence is a drummer, so they put a lot of effort into making it 'right'  :P ).  The worst for me are usually series or movies about teachers, with movies/series about music teachers typically being the absolute, most egregious for me (don't get me started about "Glee"...)
