I never got the barcode email either. On the 'Contact Us' page CCI says to not bother contacting them yet about the lack of email.  It goes on to say something about clicking on a link to resend your email at the "end of October" whenever that is. ::)

Are you sure you got the 'Congratulations' page when you bought your badges.

Also...

I got a message that my credit card was declined, and a link to re-enter my information.  Once I did that, I got my barcode email almost immediately.  [member=4892]miclpea[/member] got the same thing. Maybe you get the same email, and it went to your spam.  Just grasping at straws.

It was [member=2539]Michael M[/member]  who had the same issue (I think)

Also...

I think you made a mistake since I’m not involved in returning registration.

Buyer, you would have 3 emails.

1. an Order Acknowledgement email,
2. a Receipt email (after the Buyer's credit card was processed),
3. followed by the Important Registration Information (barcode email).

Are you only missing the barcode? Try a search for

expologic

and maybe that will show up?

I take back what I said last.  They finally replied with the barcode. Email works after all. FWIW, I did buy for three others on another account, which went through with no problems. It was just this one that was stuck.

Thats good news!

Pretty much everything I get from SDCC goes into the spam box. No matter how much I click the not junk button, it still does that.

The first one was. Then I elaborated on the problem and provided screenshots. The latest I got was, “Thank you for your response and providing screen shots. Because your wife did not properly complete the purchase, we are unable to sell you badges at this time. We encourage you to participate during Comic-Con 2020 Open Registration to try again.”

That whole process could benefit from some UX improvements - mainly not letting you advance without checking off at least a day for a person.  I've seen a few people now say that they added the member ID and then forgot/missed checking off days for that person, and if you advance you can't go back :(  at least pop up a warning saying that they don't have anything selected!  No one is adding a name without wanting to buy for someone.
