Image and Skybound should be in the same booth I believe. Since Skybound is under the Image umbrella.

Well, at SDCC they are two sides of the same giant booth. They also have a little adjacent Top Cow area at SDCC too. The full image booth at WC is a big deal though. I feel like last year only Top Cow was there.

I, unfortunately, have had issues with artists being rude/unfriendly/disinterested when I have met them...

But the person who balances out the Cosmic Karmic Scales is Marc Silvestri.  He is by FAR the nicest of all the artists I have met--it's not even close.

He takes the time to shake your hand, ask if you have any questions for him, comment pleasantly on what he is signing for you--he's the coolest dude.

We had an issue last year at Image when we went to get the Chew SDCC variant signed by Rob Guillory and John Layman. The guy in front of us they chatted up, then it was us and they looked up at us and just went cold, literally did not say "hi" it was really strange and kind of hurt our feelings.

I want to say that everyone else at the booth was great though. On the Skybound side they were outstandng. I bought all kinds of stuff from them. I hope they are part of the Image contingent at WC!

This wasn't Marc, was it?

It very deflating to me when they are not nice.  I pretty much don't say anything anymore because I don't want a negative experience to make me like an artist's work less.
