Not so much exercising, but I've been doing really well this year losing the holiday weight. I gained 15 pounds over the holidays on our cruise and I'm down to 1 pound left to lose, so I'm feeling pretty good about myself!  ;D

I have badly fallen off gym visits since the holidays.  I just signed up for a blood analysis package from Wellness FX. To find out some biometrics data on myself and see where my vitamin deficiencies are. Kind of using this to kickstart my motivation for getting back to exercising

I've been walking the 2 miles home rather than taking the bus. Increasing trips to the gym for extra walking cardio and weights. And yoga. I will be stretchy and ready to stand in lines and sit in small chairs.
Do these tacos taste funny to you?

Actual your plan sounds very good.
I've gotten away from stretching.

Unless you're in Hall H sitting all day and waiting for a panel or two.  I count that as sitting in small, uncomfortable chairs.

Ha ha.

Yep, time for me to come out of hibernating! At this point, i am trying to commit to jogging every day, even if I can just get in 10-15mins. And weight lifting once a week.

My wife is really into fitbit, she loves that thing.  It's really amazing all the stuff it can measure, but i deal better with simplicity.

Yup! That's what I was talking about...though it'll be small chairs in Ballroom 20 for me!

I hear that. I had to stop with the fitness and food trackers because I got too bogged down in the details. I just use Google Fit on my phone now which tracks my steps during the day for how much time I spend moving. I can add in any other exercise just putting in how long I did it. So, I'm just hitting an overall time goal rather than calories/steps/weight etc. Not checking weight either...just how my pants fit!

YES! Weights + FitBit in tow (wear it to the gym and pick up extra steps!)  :) :)
