Yes, David Tennant will be there, and it's in 6A. Sigh...

Quote
The panel will feature David Tennant (who voices Scrooge) and Hewey and Dewey (Danny Pudi and Ben Schwartz), although Louie (Bobby Moynihan) will not be there. Also scheduled are Kate Micucci (Webby) and Beck Bennett (Launchpad), as well as two members of the show’s creative team (Executive Producer Matt Youngberg and Co-Producer/Story Editor Francisco Angones.) The panel will feature “exclusive sneak peeks and talk about bringing this classic family of adventuring ducks to a new generation of fans,” according to the press release report.

eta: Friday, July 21, at 3:30 p.m. in Room 6A (oops-an important note!)

If they do a signing...can anyone give me info on how Disney XD signings have worked in the past? Hard to get?

Yeah, that one's going to be a huge pain to get into. David Tennant + tiny room = madness.

There is zero chance I will be shooting for this panel and the mere thought of that line still has me shook ???.

Most signings are done in the Sails Pavilion first come, first serve, since Disney in general doesn't have a booth (they have one for their music, but that's not big enough to do these signings).  Usually the same day and, if I recall, after the panels.  This has been the case the last couple of years with Gravity Falls and Star Vs the Forces of Evil.  Ducktails is a special case both because its a beloved older property and due to the popularity of David Tennant, so they may change it up and make it ticketed or something.

But Disney XD shows that become popular will tend to have lines that start forming at least an hour and maybe more before the signing.  I remember one year, I had to debate between catching the panel vs lining up for the autograph line.  I choose the autograph line and was thankfully awarded by avoiding a large group of people who came afterward and would have to wait and not be guaranteed an autograph.

Hopefully we get more info about a potential autograph session! The combination of DuckTales and Tennant has me interested!

However, if they list Mr. Tennant in the autograph session, there's no guarantee he will be there. Last year, they listed Alan Tudyk for Star vs. the Forces of Evil, but he wasn't there.

Not gonna lie.  Was mainly interested in this for David Tennant.  Thankfully having Conan tickets means there's a conflict and I have an excuse to not battle the crowds.

While I would love to go to this panel, I don't think I will be able to get in as I want to be in Hall H for GOT.

Sigh...The Star vs. the Forces of Evil panel is right before this one. It's usually in a smaller room (25 something), so I thought it would stay there. Trying to decide if I rearrange plans, or if I just move on to something else. I have been to all of the Star panels so far, so I guess I can take a break. I actually want to go to the Ducktales panel, but because I am an animation fan, but I understand the draw of seeing Mr Tennant. Decisions, decisions.

No schedule conflicts but debating on whether I want to put in the time for it. This would be the only panel I'd be interested in for that room and day. :-/

Ahh, potential David Tennant in a smaller room or Twin Peaks in a bigger room... Decisions, decisions.
