I did send them an email, thanks for the suggestion. I bought Friday/Saturday passes just in case. Sadly I can't afford to go all 4 days if I have to pay for badges. But at least this way I can try and get some content for the blog.

I explained how important press room interviews at conventions are for us, as a small outlet who doesn't get access to a lot of big-name celebrities otherwise. And how especially with so few conventions happening in person this year, we were really relying on our NYCC coverage.

I also made sure to be very understanding of the rules (I mean, we are in a pandemic, I get the need for capacity limits) and said that I was looking forward to attending in the future regardless of their decision.
