For me, it's another trip down to the SoCal area. So not just tickets, but hotel, park passes, etc. Not worth it. I'm spending my money on the big Trek Con in Vegas instead. ;)

As someone coming in from the east coast for SDCC, it's just not an option to attend both SDCC and D23. I'm not going to attend just because they'll (maybe) have a Marvel panel. I need more.
