I never got the barcode email either. On the 'Contact Us' page CCI says to not bother contacting them yet about the lack of email. It goes on to say something about clicking on a link to resend your email at the "end of October" whenever that is.
Just curious...Are you sure you got the 'Congratulations' page when you bought your badges.Also...I got a message that my credit card was declined, and a link to re-enter my information. Once I did that, I got my barcode email almost immediately. [member=4892]miclpea[/member] got the same thing. Maybe you get the same email, and it went to your spam. Just grasping at straws.

yes I received a screenshot of said 'Congrats' page with the Order Reference #.
I got a reply back regarding no confirmation barcode. They basically sent a canned response about returning registration. Some bot must have sent it. I had expected that, though. It has been my experience over the years that they do not properly respond to emails.
Buyer, you would have 3 emails. 1. an Order Acknowledgement email, 2. a Receipt email (after the Buyer's credit card was processed), 3. followed by the Important Registration Information (barcode email). Are you only missing the barcode? Try a search for expologicand maybe that will show up?That reply seems to just generate a work ticket for the issue. They may likely follow up. I wonder if you could also send an email to [email protected] for the barcode?
Thats good news!I only just learned today my sister didn’t get a barcode, or so she thought. I told her to check spam, and there it was. Not sure what it is about that email that would set off the spam filters.
Welp, I am out of luck. Even with screenshots, CCI is basically telling me to try again in open registration!

Oh man that blows. They really need to eliminate that last AGREE page or at least merge it with the CC page. In this day and age, most people’s expectations are that entering CC is the final step.
