10:00 am - 12:00 pm: Animation Resources

Held in PR 06:
Animation Resources is a 501(c)(3) Non-Profit Educational Organization dedicated to serving the worldwide animation community. Through our various online and in-person projects, we educate and inspire professional animators, cartoonists, illustrators and students. Our board of directors and volunteers are made up of working professionals and educators.

10:00 am - 1:00 pm: Future Tech Live

Held in PR 01:
Future Tech Live is interested in meeting creators in the animation field (writers, animators, SB & concept artists), in the gaming field (game designers, environment and asset creators, modelers), in the comic book field (writers, pencillers, inkers and colorists) and graphic designers. 12:00 pm - 2:00 pm: Pratt Institute

Held in PR 04:
Pratt Institute’s Associate Degree Department Chairperson, Susan Young, will review portfolios of individuals interested in Game Design and Illustration degrees. Located in Manhattan, steps away from all that New York has to offer, Pratt’s associate degree programs offer an alternative to a traditional four year degree but with the same level of design courses condensed into two intense and exciting years. Offering Game Design in-person and online and Illustration in-person these exceptional programs have something for traditional and nontraditional students alike.

VIZ Originals is VIZ's imprint dedicated to publishing original graphic novels and they're looking for talented creators inspired by manga and anime. They hope to see portfolio samples from artists and writers that showcase dynamic paneling, skillful black and white artwork and compelling, diverse stories for both young adult and adult readers.Artists please bring samples of sequential works that best highlight your art style and storytelling. 12:00 pm - 4:00 pm: Fantasia Comics

Held in PR 02:
Fantasia Comics would like to interview and then hire two pencilers for two separate upcoming trade books we are planning to publish in 2022. We desire pencilers whose work is polished and are professional and can keep up with desired deadlines. PLEASE BRING SEQUENTIAL WORK. We want to see our candidates ability to tell stories in the science fiction fantasy genre .

1:00 pm - 2:30 pm: Committed Comics

Held in PR 05:
Committed Comics is reviewing all types of portfolios pertaining to sequential art. Pencilers, inkers, letterers and colorist are all welcome to sit for reviews. Writers are asked to drop off a 5 page sample script to either the portfolio review space or at the Committed Comics small press booth L-09. Those with a complete creative team are highly encouraged to sit for a review. We are actively seeking creative individuals who are interested in working in the comic book industry and we would request those just seeking feedback with no intentions in working in the industry or those who have portfolios that do not feature the art of sequential story telling reserve their request for reviews to Sunday.

1:00 pm - 3:00 pm: Comic Book Prescreen for Grading/Pressing

Held in PR 08:
Comic Book Prescreen for Grading/Pressing—Jeff Shinn (San Diego-based comic shop owner, professional comic book presser)will set up a screening table and offer free professional comic book evaluation, recommendations for pressing and cleaning, and advice for submitting comic books for grading to convention attendees. Attendees are permitted two (2) comics each for evaluation. No sales.

2:30 pm - 4:30 pm: Smorgasbord Productions

Held in PR 01:
Smorgasbord Productions is a Hollywood animation studio currently recruiting Childrens Book Illustrators, Toy Package Designers, 2D animators, 2D character designers and storyboard artists. Will be reviewing demo reels as well as portfolios that demonstrate drawing skills. Comic book portfolios will be reviewed to a lesser extent. Clients include YouTube channels, Dreamworks TV and work for our own original series.

3:00 pm - 4:00 pm: Dorothy Bulac-Eriksen - Costume Industry

Held in PR 04:
Dorothy Bulac-Eriksen will critique portfolios and offer advice to people looking to get into the costume industry. Some costumes she has created have included; Mr. Freeze for Batman & Robin, Nebula for The Avengers and the Borg Queen for Star Trek: Picard to name a few!

Held in PR 03:
Upper Deck is an industry leader in entertainment trading cards, card games, and board games with various entertainment licenses and original IP's. Upper Deck will be reviewing artist portfolios for pencilers, inkers, colorists, concept artists, digital sculptors, and digital or traditional illustrators who are interested in contributing to our trading card sets or games. Please bring a business card with contact information and link to your online portfolio. Leave behind portfolios welcome.

3:30 pm - 4:30 pm: Hollywood's Illustrators: Craft, Pop-Culture & Careers

Held in PR 08:
Hollywood's Illustrators: Craft, Pop-Culture & Careers Panelists are going to spend an hour reviewing portfolios from artists interested in a career in film and television as storyboard artists, concept illustrators, production illustrators, or matte artists after their panel. Panelists scheduled to review are: Jasmine Alexia Jackson (Black Panther: Wakanda Forever, Station 11), Tim Longo (Superman & Lois, The Flash), Dean Sherriff (Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power), Sienne Josselin (Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, Monster: The Jeffrey Dahmer Story), Tim Burgard (Justice League, Men in Black: International).

4:00 pm - 5:00 pm: Immortal Studios (Reviews by Brian Cunningham)

Held in PR 05:
Immortal is the home of Essential Wuxia stories and the martial arts fantasy genre of heroism, fantasy action and empowerment! They are looking to see portfolios from cover artists, sequential artists, pencillers, penciller/inkers combo (not looking for sole inkers), and colorists reviews by Brian Cunningham.
