Title: C2E2, ECCC, & SE:NYC Forum Thread Titles

For C2E2 thread titles, if you could please include "C2E2 <Subject Title>" as the first part of the subject, that would be great.

For Special Edition:NYC, if you could please include 'SE:NYC <subject title>" as the first part of the subject.

This way, it is easy for forum members to distinguish between C2E2, SE:NYC and SD and nobody books a hotel in the wrong city, etc.
