I am so happy that WBTV is coming back! I thought for sure they weren't ever going to.

That said, I don't like that block on Saturday. The 100 is only 25 minutes? They didn't have an SDCC panel so I'm a little disappointed. Also I hate the panel blocks when I'm only interested in one show.

WBTV actually brought a few shows like Gotham and Blindspot last year:

Also notice the Riverdale and Gotham panels seem to back to back on Sunday 10am to 12pm at the Hulu Theater at MSG. First time the MSG theater has had panels on Sunday too.

Venture behind the scenes of "Ralph Breaks the Internet" with directors Rich Moore and Phil Johnston (Oscar®-winning "Zootopia," "Wreck-It Ralph") and special guests as they reveal new details about the production and unveil never-before-seen footage of Ralph and Vanellope's journey into the expansive and exciting world of the internet!

How To Train Your Dragon: The Hidden World

October 07, 2018, 12:30 PM - 1:15 PM
The Hulu Theater at Madison Square Garden

Welcome cast and filmmakers from DreamWorks Animation’s HOW TO TRAIN YOUR DRAGON: THE HIDDEN WORLD. Get ready to rediscover Toothless—the King of all Dragons—as he meets a potential girlfriend and journeys alongside Hiccup to a hidden world you thought only existed in myth. Writer/director Dean DeBlois will be joined by special guests as he reveals all-new footage and brings us deep into his surprising tale about growing up, finding the courage to face the unknown, and the most unlikely of friendships—one that’s spanned the lifetimes of both the Night Fury and the chief of Berk.

Oh, man, of COURSE the schedule goes live on a day when I'm dealing with a crisis at work.

Cobra Kai is having a panel, but it's on Sunday, which I'm skipping this year.  Saturday looks extremely lame, outside of Project Blue Book

TAIKA WAITITI. *faints*

So Marvel announced that they're bringing Daredevil, but it's not on the schedule yet. I imagine that will probably be Friday at MSG.

I also noticed that TWD isn't on the schedule yet, either.

I am very excited about some of these panels, but in true NYCC fashion, most of the ones I'm interested in conflict. Sunday between 12 and 12:30 there are three panels I want to see and they're all in a different venue.

I haven't been to NYCC in a few years, so the lotteries are new to me.

Which rooms have seating lotteries? Is it impossible to get in if you don't win the lottery or is there a standby line?

The only room that has a lottery is Main Stage. Last year it was 50% lottery, 50% wait in line day of.

Okay, phew! There's not much I want to see there. I'm mostly interested in Hammerstein and MSG.

A lot of empty space in the big rooms. I wonder what they're saving, besides Daredevil. Cartoon Network often seems to be one of the later announcements, maybe we'll get a Steven Universe panel again.

I imagine there will be a BBC America/Doctor Who panel first thing Friday morning.  I assume Walking Dead will have a panel, but not sure when, since they’re at Paley Center Saturday night.

So far there's no Syfy, AMC, Cartoon Network, or Freeform. Surely they're coming with at least one thing. The annual Adult Swim panel block isn't there, and of course there's no TWD on the schedule yet. Shadowhunters comes every year, and with them not being at SDCC and airing their final episodes this spring, this is their last real chance at a panel.

Also I'd imagine Hulu and Amazon will bring something.

I didn't see Futureman on the schedule! My bad. And I lumped Runaways in with Marvel

Discovery has been added to the MSG Theater.  Also a Seal Team panel with David Boreanaz on Thursday in 1A06, and Charmed on Sunday in 1A06.
