C2E2 2015

Hey gang!
We are just starting up the planning process for C2E2 2015. Feel free to let me know what you would like to see at the show, improvements that could be made, new ideas, etc. We already have some big guests confirmed so it looks like C2E2 will be bigger than ever in 2015. I'm excited.

I just wanted to say I love C2E2. I think it's the perfect size and mix of comics/pop culture.

As far as guests, I'd like to see more studios involved. One example is how when Teen Wolf does NYCC, they get footage and what not because it's sponsored by MTV (or whatever studio) but when Tyler and Crystal had a panel this past C2E2, it was just a Q&A. It was entertaining, don't get me wrong, but footage/clips would have been nice.

C2E2 is easily my favorite show each year.

Don't change - The comedy shows have been great each year.  While I like the free ones better the shows like Patton have been great and reasonably priced too.  The convention has the best walk ways of any show too and is greatly spaced to easily get around.

Keep growing - Artist Ally, artist ally is great...not quiet as big as fancy as the one you have for NYCC but it's getting there.

Back to the roots? - It seems the last few years some of the "Hollywood" elements have shrunk.  Year 1 we had the whole cast of Kick Ass there along with a screening which was awesome.  After that we had Danny McBride, Chris Hemsworth and some other pretty big actors...but recently it seems like it has been more mid-level TV stars.  For instance in 2012 I loved being able to get in line super early for a chance at free autographs from John Cusak (and I don't remember who was there the other day.

Something new - Maybe more off site post con events?  Looks like you are turning NYCC into a week long event and some of those ideas would be awesome.  Or if not offsite events, maybe an onsite show like you have done with Ben Folds in New York.

The Block - has been great.  I hope it keeps growing.  Getting LEGO or Kid Robot to come out to Chicago could be awesome.  Let them know that middle America spends money too!

C2E2 is awesome! I went to the 2014 con, first con ever, and I had a blast! Really hoping for some people from True Blood this year!! Sebastian Stan and Anthony Mackie would be amazing too!
