COMIC-CON INTERNATIONAL REGISTRATION UPDATE
The Pumpkin King is Here With Tech Tips!

Don’t let Jack Skellington make a terrible mess of your Open Registration holiday! Follow the simple steps below to ensure you and your computer are ready on November 10!
Check your browser compatibility.

Click here to verify your current settings. Explain to Dr. Finkelstein how important it is to avoid using multiple tabs, private browsing, incognito applications, and anything with the scent of frog’s breath during your registration session.

And careful now, my precious jewel. We highly suggest using a laptop or desktop during Open Registration. Comic-Con cannot guarantee that mobile devices, including iPads and other tablets, will behave as expected.

You should also make sure that you have a reliable and secure internet connection so that you are not accidentally disconnected from the waiting room. I doubt the WiFi on the outskirts of Halloween Town is any good!
Use our suggested browsers.

The Expo Logic waiting room and badge registration system have been tested on the browsers listed below:

    Firefox: Any Version
    Google Chrome: Any Version
    Internet Explorer: Version 11
    Safari: Version 7 or later
    Microsoft EDGE: Any Version

We’ve heard that Oogie Boogie wanders around in the older versions of Safari, and he’s the meanest guy around!
Enable JavaScript and cookies.

What's this? These features are usually enabled in the default configuration of most modern web browsers – so most likely the answer to the question is “yes”. However, double-checking is always a good idea!
Adjust your power saving settings.

Make sure to check your power-saving setting before you enter the Expo Logic waiting room. Avoid letting your computer go into sleep mode or powering down or you will be wondering what has become of your dear registration session.
Do not post photos of your registration session online.

Your personal registration code is embedded in the URL. Do not post pictures of your waiting room or registration session online! Lock, Shock, and Barrell are up to no good and if they find a registration code photo they will snatch up your code, use it, and your session will expire. And honestly, they kidnap codes faster than they do Sandy Claws!
Are there any other ways I can gain an advantage in the Expo Logic waiting room?

A little luck and a lot of patience will be your most powerful weapons during the Expo Logic badge registration process. If you are selected for a registration session, remember to read through each step carefully and don’t click through too quickly.

For it is plain as anyone can see, checking your tech is simply meant to be.
