I like the artwork. They had flyers for WC at the store and I grabbed one to put on my bulletin board.
What store?
I think you're San Diego, right? Well I'm about same distance the other direction, in the I.E. Will have to check my LCS, but I am just so excited to look over the programming for WonderCon and decide what to see.
WW's been at WonderCon before?? This picture's from an eBay seller btw.
Just thought I'd have a little round table on this. No judgement just one of those "things that make you go hmmmmm..."I'm sure most know by now but the 2014 WonderCon Official Shirt Art and Program Book Art is Wonder Woman by Cliff Chiang. I'm a BIG t-shirt fan and have always bought one from every convention I attend. Especially the SDCC and WonderCon. However, I'm a bit on the fence on this one and I think CCI/WonderCon may have taken a huge risk here by having just a solo female heroine on it. I'm no sexist, I have 3 daughters, but I'd venture that WonderCon's attendance is still majority male and the question is would I as a 40 year old male walk around OUTSIDE of a WonderCon or SDCC or similar wearing a Wonder Woman shirt? Would I wear it when I'm coaching, out on the town or playing hoops? Hmmmm...
