When I RSVP'd they asked me if I wanted to sit in the cockpit, so I hope there's something there!

I had to RSVP because I'm press and I'm attending the press event for it. But it's my understanding that during the convention you'll just be able to walk up to it.

After this weekend or during this weekend, someone should be able to scope out what's going up in that lot. I remember going down there a week early a few years ago and seeing them getting the Godzilla experience ready (at the time we were all speculating on what it was b/c it wasn't announced yet).

I think it would be a pretty cool picture.

So did anyone get to see this? Any pictures?

I must have walked up and down sixth a dozen times and never noticed anything at that corner.

My son believes that it was just a joke.

I don't have pictures, but we did see it. It was right near our hotel. It was never open when we had time to stop.

Here is what I found on the web

I went!  They had a woman painting murals (no pictures, I was in a rush) like a dance party area, the plane, and then the super hero girls all dressed up.  They handed out those blue capes.  I actually found it by accident after walking back from being dropped off in a parking lot by the Mr. Robot van  8)

I'm so disappointed, I was really hoping for the empty field.  :)

I was so excited about this, and then in person it was----disappointing. I couldn't believe that that was what all the hype was about.

Yeah, I was seriously bummed I forgot to check it out, but then my friend showed me pics and I was suddenly SO GLAD I didn't spend precious time going to that. They hyped it so much and then that's all there was!!!! It's a bit embarrassing.

I honestly think it was pretty great.  Like my daughter would have loved it and there wasn't much of a line.  It took me maybe 20 minutes and I walked away with a little blue cape, a video to her from the Super Hero Girls, and a picture in the jet.   I definitely be more upset if it had lines like some of the other offsites though.

There was free swag? Now I wish I had gotten in line. Like many, I couldn't find this offsite for 2 days. I wandered around looking and didn't see it. Finally someone I was talking to told me where it was. It was a bit away from the action. I went there Saturday evening. My impression was disappointment. The jet looked well... cheap. The line for it was super short, only a few people. So I took a couple of shots and went on my way. I saw that people were wearing a costume but I thought that was only for the photo op. I didn't know they got to keep part of it. :(

Oh, okay. I was wondering where this was. Those were the cosplaying girls at the Mattel booth taking pictures with kids.
