Oh Gotcha, I can't imagine how stressful it is to be the people checking us in. I was a server though, so I know they are trying to do there best with so many factors out of their control.
I know we’re veering slightly off topic here, but yeah. I currently work customer service in an extremely stressful industry (not hospitality) and it’s put a lot of other industries into perspective. I’ve been working customer service in general since I was 16, but now helping customers who are sick, dying, and/or broke, I find it hard to get upset about something like a room not being ready for early check in or a meal taking a little longer to cook in a crowded restaurant.
