Oh, wow! That's early right? I got an email that mine wasn't coming til June

I was lucky enough to make the first wave. I know people are anxiously awaiting theirs so I will try not to go in about HOW AWESOME IT IS. But I can answer any questions. Going to spend some time today filling it up. My only concern so far is that the dividers in the sleeves seem pretty flimsy. The posters are pretty thick though so maybe it will be ok when get things in it.

Show us pics too! I am so eager to get mine b/c all my Mondo posters that aren't framed are currently rolled and each day I don't get this and they stay rolled is torture! If I had room for a flat file, I'd have gotten one ages ago, but I live in a little one bedroom apartment so this thing has been a godsend.

I am not sure what is going to happen, I’m in group 2 but I’m leaving to drive across country June 1st.... I think I’m going to call them up mid May and have a chat

They contacted me about shipping since I entered a PO Box but they were using FedEx. I got the impression that they were pretty on top of things and fast to respond. (Plus emails were from an actual person instead of an automated system.)

I am kicking myself that I didn't order more sleeves but I remedied that today. Here are a few pics, they are fuzzy since it's hard to focus the camera with the sleeves. It's a little tricky to get them in the sleeves, especially the full 3' by 2' ones if they are still rolled, but it works if you are slow and methodical. As they flatten out more I have to make some adjustments as well if they start to peek out of the sleeve. You can see these are still flattening.

It works well for several sizes, I also have some 3' by 1' banners that fit side by side.

This is what I'm also excited about, a while pile of tubes and packing that is destined for recycling.

I've ordered another Itoya 18'' by 24'' to move those sizes into, but for now was on a untubing kick. Funny thing is when I order a portfolio from amazon it offers me 2 and 4 year TV protection plans, apparently since the product has dimensions in the name. sigh.

So much for not buying more posters for a while. Darn Bottleneck.

Mystery tube sale at Hero Complex gallery. I know not every one is a fan of the mystery tubes, but I am :) $60 for a tube with 4 prints. Free shipping.

Sad thing is I had just filled up the portfolio completely and gotten rid of a pile of tubes. Now 8 more posters incoming and no idea when I will get the extra sleeves from Grey Matter.

(You'll hate me even more when you see my next book post  >:D >:D >:D )

The Kirby Lord of Light prints were from Heavy Metal. they did a whole series of them but then had a big sale on them a while ago. I can't find any more on their site. The Grant Morrison poster was from the same sale.

So the extra sleeves aren't from Baroque?

Good tip on the Itoya for the 18x24 prints. $40 on Amazon? SOLD. I too look forward to getting back all my space the tubes are occupying!

Two Mystery tubes from HCG. A wise person would wait to open them until the extra sleeves from Baroque get delivered next month. I'll probably last an hour.
