Same exact name. I pay for the rooms so I have them in my name. I can change one to one of the other occupant names if they'd like. I'll let you know what I hear back.
Thank you for letting us know about this email. I can't believe it's either "it's not me" or cancellation. I hope they realize that there are legitimate reasons for someone to have more than one reservation, even if you didn't do a group block.Definitely keep us posted!
These rooms are a "block", I requested 2 rooms from the beginning. I did change the name assigned, but it was the same name on both before (obviously since they were requested/granted together). So we'll see what response I get!
But haven'you been booking this way for several years?
You should just make sure all the occupants (roommates) names are different.You can change them all in the block manager.Make sure you have the correct number of occupants per room also.
Yes, I changed a room to my daughter's name. And the numbers are correct. It's just interesting they flagged it this year but not any previous years since I've always done this.
