Does anyone else have a few hard choices to make?
So far, mine is...
6:00-7:00 RiffTrax Live, Indigo Ballroom,
6:00-7:15 Showtime: Dexter, Ballroom 20
:-\ I don't know what to do! :-\
-
We have W00tstock tickets and it conflicts (somewhat) with this: 6:00-7:00 RiffTrax Live.
W00tstock starts at 7:00 and I think it would be wise to eat beforehand since we won't have time for lunch. The tickets were over $90 so it's not something we can skip. :( I'm tempted to sell the tickets, if that's even possible.

For me: Dr. Horrible's Singalong Blog and Trek Nation screening.
For DH: Firefly and BBT

At least, everything you want to see is on Friday UNTIL you see the movie schedule in Hall H on Saturday... Hobbit, Spiderman and more?

Yeh the Hobbit will be a must see, even though True Blood will probably be on Sat also? Hobbit wins that one out no contest for me.
So Friday I think going to GoT will force me to miss Firefly and probably even Breaking Bad. I'm guessing getting in line for Breaking Bad right after GoT still won't be enough time to make it in(2 hrs)

Maybe, maybe not. It's worth a try. Literally sprint out of the room once GoT is over (get ahead of the mass exodus out of Hall H) and run up to the line. Then you can check it out and realistically assess your chances. Give it a shot, KWIM?

Yeh, very true. Can't hurt to try. I'm just trying to manage my expectations on lines. Will have a better idea come Monday when I can *really* start planning out the panel schedules.

can we keep this to Thursday only? or I'll move it to the general area
-
I removed my Friday one. When I posted-I didn't know it was Thursday only (it's under the Thursday programming-Duh!). :-[
My only Thursday conflict is that if I attend Teen Wolf at 2:30, I will probably miss out on the Elementary screening. Since Dexter is the panel after, I think it will be tough to get in. But, I know I like Teen Wolf-so that will probably win.
-
My conflict of interest is trying to go the Mattel booth for Monster High (for my niece) how ever long that takes, and then trying to get into Hall H for Disney.

we can start one in the Friday forum too ;)

Yes, cause Friday is gonna be nothing but conflict of interest, LOL
-
hehe
yeah but i'd rather wait till we officially know what the conflicts will be before we talk about them here. <grin>
-
I think I've decided on my Thursday evening conflict of interest. I'll be going to Spike & Mike and Dr. Horrible, and skipping Trek Nation.

We canceled our RSVP for Trek Nation-I wish the venue wasn't so far away. We didn't feel like having to get a cab to take us there. We do still think we will make the party the next night.
-
The distance plays a minor factor for me (I have a car) but the timing is bad... I really want to go to Dr. Horrible.
-
Right now my conflict is the Dr. Horrible's Sing-Along Blog Sing-Along and the screening of Comic-Con Episode IV: A Fan's Hope.
Decisions decisions....
-
My thursday conflict would be :
-10:15-11:15 TheOneRing.net: The Truth About The Hobbit
-10:30-11:30 Battlestar: So Say We All- Richard Hatch
-10:45-11:45 Epic Games: Fortnite Revealed
-2:05-3:05 Walt Disney Studios: Frankenweenie, Oz The Great and Powerful
-2:15-3:15 Blizzard Entertainment Product Showcase

One complaint I heard at the Wondercon feedback panel this year was about the panels being scedules back to back. Why can't Comic Con schedule a 10 minute passing period between panels? I know some panels end earlier than sceduled to give attendees time to go to another panel.
-
I believe the schedule has a 15 minute gap in between unless it's something presented by the studio and they get a couple hour block.
Panels usually run until their allotted time and sometimes spill over by a couple minutes. They want to be there just as much as the fans want them to be there...

I just wanted to thank you for a great idea of this thread. Thank you for starting it.
-
Not really a conflict of intrest but I wanna attend the IDW Panel. I can't go because it's too early and my train will arrive at 11am. I don't think have a hotel for the night before either. If someone here attends the panel, ask Chris Ryall if he purposely scheduled it for the morning knowing I would miss it. JK

I want to be able to get my last few bits of exclusives on Thursday morning, but I HAVE to attend the Disney Panel and am worried I wont make it in time if I do.
