Hallmark is one of my must-visit every year — need my exclusive Itty Bittys. Last year was also the adorable Wonder Woman ornament. Looking forward to seeing what else they put out this year.

Nice, I used to hit up Hallmark for the Simpsons ornaments, but haven't been since they stopped doing those.

I don't think that I have every gone to the Hallmark booth, guess I just get too distracted by other shiny objects and it slips my mind. I do like those pins though.

Does Hallmark usually do a lottery system or more of a first come first served? (granted I'm sure it could change) Hoping to snag an ornament if they do them again this year to send to my equally nerdy parents.

It’s always been first come, first served but it’s very manageable!

Hallmark is very manageable but for something like that Iron Giant ornament, they’ll have a set allotment for sale per day, something like 150 (don’t quote me on the exact number) per day and they’ll adhere to that very strictly unlike other exhibitors.

For that reason, you should still aim to make Hallmark your first morning destination for PN or Thu or Fri or Sat or Sun.

And yes, they are some of the best, most efficient of the major corporation exhibitors at SDCC.   Had an experience at last year’s PN where a few of us were still in line to buy but 9pm was fast approaching and so they told us they would accommodate as many of us as possible past closing time until officials come by and force all sales to halt, which never happened and everyone was taken care of.

As well, they will alert you in line when inventories of a specific product run low or are sold out which not every exhibitor seems to do.

I went to con last year, and one booth i helped with lines after a time passed around a flyer marking wat was sold out so was able to show who was waiting the flyer if asked then it helped people decide if still wanted to wait or not for anyhting and hope what they wanted was still i stock. since i not real do exclusives i get what i can and want of free swag the maybe be anything i can get and see how bad i want if see it still in stock.
