Well it makes more sense now that we have a limit on what we can sign up for...

im sure CCI will use the same credits system they used for wondercon, its going to be interesting that's for sure. but i like it a lot better then letting people sign up for everything if they wanted too.

I agree. And at SDCC there will be a lot more choices. People will self-select, and put their credits into the things they really want. Some people will go for exclusives retailers, some will go for big studio autographs, some will go for lesser properties.

I really like the credit system, for sure a step in the right direction! I know I'm going to analyze and second guess myself on where to spend my credits-all in one signing or split up-but I recognize that is a me problem and not their problem.

SUCH a step in the right direction. Now if they'd only A) add a "decline" button for those who change their mind due to schedule conflicts and B) codify a stand-by line process, we'd be in business!

I won JL vs. FF, one of my top picks. As a huge Timm/Dini/Kevin Conroy fan it's a big win, even if it's something I would have a good shot at via waitlist.

Good luck to everyone else counting on standby lines as I am with everything else, heh.

I, too, like the credit system MUCH better than everyone being able to enter for everything. That was my major issue with the lotto last year. Now, we have more chances to enter one signing that we REALLY want, or we can spread the credits to a few top priorities. That also certainly helps to alleviate the fact that many people who enter the signings don't really want them and end up not going to them, hence the standby issue. ALSO also, the amount of signed posters I see on eBay every year is sickening, as there are so few slots for the signings, and there are people who really want them who didn't win. Hopefully, this will help to reduce that as well!

I would say that my biggest request on the lottery would be...to get more things in the lottery.  Like put Marvel and some of the big Image signings in the lottery.  No chance at either of their cast signings as they are all filled up by vendors before anyone else can get to their booth.

Typically nobody can join you. ABC wouldn't even let me join my wife even though I was her ADA attendant.
