It must go up fast because there is nothing even remotely setup

A couple of years ago, I watched them transform an empty office space into the Mr. Robot offsite.  Only took them a few hours.  The setup at Petco Parking is even simpler.  Mostly it's just trailers they bring in.

The Twilight Zone experience is NOT WORTH ANY LINE. It's like 30 seconds long and basically just opening credits and has zero give away when you leave. If you missed out on reservations, feel glad you didn't waste a single second on it.

Huge waste of time.

So which are the best off sites to check out? Especially if they give out free stuff.

This year... the offsites suck. Period! Very very stingy compared to other years in terms of freebies/swag. Experiences also not up to par with other years. Even the convention in general seemed lackluster in my opinion...

Only at the Interactive Zone or everywhere?

In the Zone, if you are into swag is Gundam.  The bag or fan is easy to get.  The line moves really quickly.  The line for the gachapon or Gundam model kit isn't bad but is capped pretty often.  Otherwise you can go for the 30 minute build experience, you get to keep the Gundam.

Elsewhere the most useful swag is the massive sunglasses at the Stan Lee Audible.  The bonus is the interactive art exhibition is very cool and well worth it even without the sunglasses.  I had my doubts about them but once I got them on my face, I kept them on all day and wanted to bring them again today.  But they are massive and since I was indoor at the con all day, I didn't want them to get destroyed in my backpack.  I might go back for another pair tomorrow.  The looks long but moves pretty fast.  Took about 30 minutes.

I got a pair after I went in there. It was different as an activation. Not sure I expected that. I wore the glasses for half an hour. They are kind of funky? I wear glasses though so wearing them over them felt heavy.
