The latest wave of Sony Play at Home 2021 dropped yesterday.  Sony started this last year since so many people were at home.  What could be better to do at home than play free video games?  This latest drop is 10 more free games.  These are good games.

Agreed.  And it looks like Horizon Zero Dawn is joining on 4/19.  For those who have not played it, this is a really fun game--hunting giant animal robots with Hawkeye-like arrows.  Fun goodness.

got it & am playing with it now
at first blush, it is a lot less cluttered then my old iwatch gen 1, much easier to operate.
the wyze app needs to be running to enable the message forwarding. the app is a usage hog.
nice watch face & it has the date
the step, timer, O2, HR, and alarm do not need the phone app. They are all easy to use on the watch.

Aw, man, I wish that AMC+ deal didn't expire so soon. I don't have cable and really want to watch Annie Murphy's new show Kevin Can F* Himself. But 2 months from now it won't have aired its final episode.

3 months would be $11 total.
I've been missing walking dead. So I'll likely be doing it.
But I'm giving up paramount+ to offset the expence.

Yeah, but I can just wait until all episodes are available and get a free 7 day trial instead (since there isn't anything else on it I want to watch).

$9/month is way too much for a service like AMC+. I wonder if they will follow the lead of Paramount+, Hulu, and HBO Max and drop the price

It The first time I've seen them do this drastic a cut in price.
Agreed, their pricing is wacked. I've got multiple season of shows to watch, which make 2 months actually usable for me

That's pretty much how we do it. We get a service for a month or 2 at a time, binge everything we want to see, and then move onto the next service. That way you're only paying for (and using) one service at a time.

That's what I do.  I get it for a month and then binge everything I want to see.  In between 1 or 2 shows I find there's not much I want to see on each service.  Now that Cap and the Winter Soldier is done, I haven't watched anything on Disney+.  There was months I didn't touch it after the Mandalorian.  I prepaid for 3 years though.  The only streaming service I keep going all the time is Hulu.  That's because it's free so why not?

Since the demand for PPE is down so much, I've been taking advantage of the glut to restock my supplies.  Many things are much cheaper than even before covid.  Case in point, Office Depot is selling 17 oz pumps of hand sanitizer for 10 cents right now.  Which is about 1/20th of the precovid price.  Stock up now for the next con to keep confluenza at bay.

Smart thinking, I actually mailed hand sanitizer out to friends who couldn’t get it at the start of the pandemic. Hand sanitizer has always been on the wish list for deployment packages, so I had a good amount and was glad I did.
The kind my job supplied us with honestly smelled like cheap tequila.

This 10 cent stuff smells like cooking food to me.  It smells like I walked into a kitchen.

I've always had a supply of PPE on hand.  I didn't quite run out of N95 masks even though I gave away half my supply to the ER a year ago at the height of the PPE shortage.  The rest I reused many more times than was probably wise.  But even a saturated N95 is better than a cloth mask.
