According to this Forbes article, "ReedPop counts badges sold" (it's from 2015, but it doesn't sound like their methodology has changed):

Did anyone attend any of the Virtual Panels/Virtual Screenings? I'm curious to hear how they ran those (as I fear we may be getting some during CCSE.)

I did a couple.  It’s what you would expect — a virtual panel like you’ve seen before played on a large screen in a large room.

They sent out a survey about NYCC yesterday, if you fill it out within 14 days, you are entered to win 2 Saturday badges for next year.

Did anyone get a recording of the team Q&A on Sunday? I know someone here has posted those in past years.

And if not, anyone who went, anything interesting?

I recorded some of it, i have to find it on my phone and see if it is in working order.

Mainly some praise and some complaints. The reservation system took the brunt.

An issue I felt was very valid and something I was talking a lot about pre-show with friends came up with regards to the extra fees paid by people who bought Saturday on lyte and then tickets went on sale later; the person who made the comment did get a refund of the difference when he reached out and RP did mention they had reached out to others who had overpaid, though a person came in later with the same complaint who had clearly not gotten a refund. RP said they would take care of him, I'll give RP the benefit of the doubt and say they were still working through getting people refunds. The issue with the second sale was not cause they wanted to trick people with lyte but that normally their numbers are set but this year after they set the numbers based on state allowance they were then told they could raise the limit

no activations on the inndoor roadway was not their decision but a state one this year.

and a few other things

I don't know how they would know if the reservation system worked, I was scanned for about 50% of them.  For example, if I joined a friend in line I would miss being scanned sense they were walking the line.

I was scanned 100% of the time — Shatner, Boys, Ghostbusters, Discovery, and Prodigy.

Sorry by reservation system I was referring to sign up day, when it crashed

RE: the scanning that was brought up. IMO if you had a boys panel reservation and got locked out you have an extremely valid gripe right now. I can't speak to the main stage, but if I am going by what I think happened it was likely that Empire stage is a lot larger than Main Stage and is new but I think up until the Boys panel the room was not really filling up so maybe RP was taking it light wrt scanning people in since there was so much room and probably people not showing up even though they reserved the panel. I have a feeling that played into it, and at the beginning they probably were just waving people into the room for the Boys but then all of a sudden it turned bad when everyone started coming and people with reservations couldn't get in, despite getting there within the timeframe. That's also why they got real strict with the Ghostbusters panel right after. of course this is just my speculation

I don't think i was scanned in for Y or even WWDITS on Empire and those panels were after Boys and Ghostbusters

I don’t know about not being scanned for the Boys — I was scanned.  But the way they set it up on Friday, you entered the queue room in the middle, went straight down the center aisle to scan and then entered the queue.  Not long after I came in, a bunch of people came in, and the line down the center chute to the scanning station went out the door.  I don’t know if everyone scanned or not.  But you couldn’t go straight into the panel room, that panel was loaded from the queue room.
On Saturday, they changed how they loaded the queue room, so that people entered from a different door, they scanned you before entering the queue room, and the queue began by the door to the panel room on the opposite side of the room.
