Reservation Cut-Off Date
Reservations must be received no later than Friday, March 3, 2023 for best selection, though reservations will be accepted, based on availability, until show date.

Deposit Policy
A deposit equal to one-night room rate plus tax is required to secure a hotel room during WonderCon 2023. Credit cards will be charged one night's room rate and tax on or around February 28, 2023, by the hotels. For reservations cancelled ON or AFTER March 1, 2023, deposits are non-refundable.

Reservations by Internet and by phone will require a credit card and the deposit will be taken by the hotel on or around February 28, 2023. Reservations and changes are subject to hotel availability.

Cancellations must be received by 4:00 PM Central Time February 28, 2023, to receive a refund of the deposit.

I'm similar... Friday and Saturday, and my flight home Sunday is early, so I'll be leaving early afternoon.

Disappointed by the hotel selection and prices. No Doubletree this year and Anaheim isn’t worth spending $200+/night. Pricing seemed to be much better when it was on Easter weekend; I wouldn’t mind it going back to that. At least there’s still one relatively reasonably-priced option.

I was surprised at the hotel selection too. I tried to book the Clarion off-block but they didn't have any rooms on Friday night.

Has anyone had their reservation show up yet in their hotel accounts? I check in to my hotel one week from tomorrow and it's still not in my Bonvoy account.

ETA I just read the fine print... hotel confirmation number available a week prior. That's cutting it close, especially when the deadline for changes was last week!

UPDATE: My hotel finally showed up in my Bonvoy app overnight. That's close, but at least now I'm confident that when I arrive they'll have a room for me!

I had planned on just getting  one night in a hotel, iow just attending Fri and Sat. Then driving hm after the focc gathering.
Then
My favorite artist announced an exclusive and a signing event on Sunday at noon.
Anyone have room on their floor Sat night?  I'm just tossing around ideas at this point
