Yikes that's rough. I like the Vader soda and purchased him for myself, but that was with minimal effort on the funko shop page, not the Fundays experience and cost. It's wild, but believable sadly, that they didn't have a better plan for the replacements.

I agree. It seems like it was a haphazard decision where they scrambled to claw together whatever they could.

I'm guess SDCC wise that was best they could do.  Vader would have actually been kinda cool if we didn't already get from our box.  Also already had Hall H Freddie from the panel.  Was hoping for another 250 but sure there weren't any extra of those around.  Plus apparently my Dwight wasn't a 250 :)  They could have least have sent me another sandwich.......
