I need to start checking in with my group to make sure everyone received them/can login, but I really don't feel like doing it lol. A few people for sure know, as some posted into some of the smaller discord groups etc. I knew the sale would be coming up soon, but I still wanted to be in denial a bit longer...

Have you double-checked your communications settings recentlyish? I have a few friends who I know changed their settings when they migrated servers a while back, and when they checked in the last 6 months or so, they had been reset or cleared out somehow. So they needed to change them back to the usual.

I could live with the sale being in February!

I didn't get the email either.  I did get the recruitment email.  So the email is flowing.  I just didn't get the prep for badge sale email.  This isn't new.  Over the years I haven't received other emails.  I've check my spam and it's not there either.  It shouldn't be since anything from or about comic-con is white listed.

My friend showed me the email or I would never have noticed it. I had gotten it but ignored it because it says "Museum" in the title. I figured it was just about the museum.

That was me too until a friend mentioned the returning part and then I went and looked at my email.

That was it exactly.  Not sure why that box would have been reset on me but I wasn't checked to receive anymore.  Weird.

My assumption is that there must've have been something weird that happened with the servers for the MemberID system? My account settings/communications settings were unchanged as well as most friends, but a few of my friends had this same issue ~6 months ago around the exact same time. We're not sure what happened, but as a result I've been poking my group to double-check their settings whenever something CCI related is happening just to be safe if they didn't receive any emails they think they should have.

Hopefully the issue is solved for you from now on! And at least we have this server as backup to hear about anything going on!
