A straight line may be the shortest distance between two points, but it is by no means the most interesting”

I know this isn't during the con, but if you are a Danny Elfman fan, I'm so excited to report he is doing his music at Halloween. Sadly, it's not Oingo Boingo, but it's still pretty wicked. And yes, he will actually be there, unlike here at teh con. Bummer. Maybe he will make a special guest appearance! That would be super duper, but highly unlikely!

Okay Miss Kitty , how many Oingo Boingo concerts have you been to?

I think I went to two , but my memory is fuzzy, Irvine Meadows Amphitheater was one
The more things change, the more they stay the same

Hoban 'Wash' Washburn: It's okay, I'm a leaf on the wind!
Capt. Malcolm Reynolds: What does that mean?

I was seriously thinking of going to the Star Trek showing, but it ends minutes before the Nerdist Podcast and I dont' think I want to book it that hard.

I hear you on that one. Precisely why we chose the Sherlock party over the Funko dinner. (we have @Midnight tickets on Friday)

As an FYI-the Houston Symphony is doing the same type concert

They are also doing it in Toronto and Philadelphia.
