super7 #FBF Here's a behind the scenes Super7 flashback from a factory visit awhile ago. The first image is the raw plastic pellets that are melted and injected into steel molds for each part of a figure. The next image is one of the massive steel tools. This mold is used in the injection molding process. The two halves are put into a giant machine, closed together, and molten plastic from the pellets is injected into the cavity to create each part of a figure. This is repeated over and over for a run of toys. The final image is the end result of this magical toy making hocus pocus process. How toys are made!
